everything gets woven into the expression.
like a weather worn rock or tree, expression of being is shaped by endless experience.
and experience enters the soul which shapes the expression.
these sound missives are all in the rear view mirror.
in some places such as the deep desert or forest the reflections in the mirrors seem similar and without change. time in these places looses immediacy. there is before and a presumption of after but in these places the music of now leads without leading.
an expanse which expands and contracts from within, testing the boundaries of without.
this is a postcard / mirror snap shot from one such session.
electric guitar, two amps, a few pedals, one take.
no foolin.
